All orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation. This timeframe excludes weekends and official public holidays.
Order Verification: In certain cases, we may contact you for address verification or additional information before processing your order, which may slightly delay dispatch.
2. Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Time
We offer the following shipping methods:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time of 3–7 business days.
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be held responsible for delays due to:
- Customs clearance procedures
- Force majeure events (see Section 9)
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
- Courier disruptions or third-party logistics delays
- National holidays or peak seasons
3. Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at checkout based on:
- The destination address
- Selected shipping method
- Total package weight and volume
Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or handling fees imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery.
4. Shipment Tracking
Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be emailed to you. You may use this number to track the status of your shipment via the courier's tracking platform.
In case you do not receive a tracking number within 72 hours of order confirmation, please contact our support team.
5. Address Accuracy & Delivery Responsibility
Customers are solely responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not liable for delivery failures or delays resulting from:
1. Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address details.
2. Absence of the recipient during multiple delivery attempts.
3. Refusal or failure to pay customs duties and taxes.
4. Refusal to accept the shipment for any reason.
5. Parcel theft or loss after confirmed delivery by the courier.
In such cases, customers may incur additional shipping charges to re-dispatch the order.
6. Customs & Import Duties
Shipments destined outside of [insert country] may be subject to import duties, VAT, tariffs, or customs clearance fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product or shipping price and are the responsibility of the recipient.
KiraKira is not liable for delays or returns caused by non-payment of these charges.
7. Undelivered, Lost, or Stolen Packages
If the courier marks the package as 'delivered' but you have not received it, you must:
- Contact the courier service directly using the tracking number.
- Notify our customer support team within 3 calendar days of the stated delivery date.
We will assist in investigating the matter but cannot guarantee compensation for parcels marked as delivered unless the loss is due to our proven negligence.
8. Changes to Delivery Instructions
If you wish to change your delivery address or method after placing the order:
- You must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the change but cannot guarantee success if the order has already been dispatched.
9. Force Majeure
KiraKira shall not be held liable for any delay or failure in performance of delivery caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, floods, storms)
- Acts of war, terrorism, or civil unrest
- Pandemic outbreaks or governmental restrictions
- Labor strikes, courier interruptions, or shortages of goods
- System outages or technical failures affecting logistics
